Location: Remote (Must work Eastern Standard Time business hours 9-6pm)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Initial Evaluation Required)

Evaluation Process
Phase 1: Initial Skills & Reliability Test (Approximate 1 Week)

  • Create and format content based on given instructions
  • Create screenshots of advertising campaigns for clients
  • Demonstrate reliability by meeting deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and promptly
  • Showcase ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • May include other duties

Phase 2: Digital Media & Campaign Management Test (Approximate 1 Week)

  • Set up and manage campaigns using Google Ads & DV360
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance & pacing
  • Analyze ad placements and creative performance
  • Report campaign insights and learnings

Candidates who successfully pass these two phases will be considered for permanent placement with a salary increase.


Digital Ad Operations Coordinator – Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in digital campaign set-up and trafficking across platforms (DCM, DV360, Google Ads, Centro)
  • Generate and test ad tags for campaign launches
  • Review and QA digital creative assets to ensure technical compliance
  • Troubleshoot tracking and reporting issues
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for full delivery and KPI performance
  • Maintain campaign reporting and provide insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics, Centro Basis)
  • Understanding of digital ad serving fundamentals & programmatic media
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and deadline-driven
