WebHealth Network Media has an exciting opening to join our Digital Ad Operations team in Toronto.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Ad Operations Supervisor will be a super organized and key fixture in the implementation and management of our digital media campaigns across a range of client accounts in the Healthcare media space. You will be a point person for campaign tracking and troubleshooting and will coordinate our Digital Display Ad Operations and Content Syndication delivery teams through an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsiblities

  • Assist the COO and coordinate the post-sale operations for Digital Display and Content Syndication clients.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure full delivery and client KPIs are met.
  • Manage QA process of campaign and creative details and troubleshoot issues that affect implementation, tracking or reporting.
  • Assist in the Communication process with clients to ensure the proper set-up and deployment of campaigns.
  • Oversee and maintain regular reporting on campaign performance and share regular updates with key stakeholders.
  • Project Manage initiatives and/or troubleshooting with Ad Operations and Developers.
  • Identify opportunities within a client account for upselling and cross-selling and work closely with Digital Consultants and Sales Executives for gaining a larger share of wallet.
  • Work on Pricing and RFP responses and assist Consultants with their proposals.
  • Work with Accounting and Administration to ensure process flow from Campaign set up to Delivery to Invoicing.
  • Help vet and select suppliers for different campaigns with an eye towards approvals and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project/Program Management.
  • Detail oriented with top notch organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Imaginative problem-solving skills with resolve to see technical issues through to completion.
  • Driven team player with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with ad serving technology (IE: Google Ad Manager, DBM/DV360, Google Analytics, Centro Basis).
  • Awareness of digital media channels and formats such as Connected TV, Video, Display etc
  • Understanding of Digital Ad Serving fundamentals.

Nice to have:

  • Experience as an Ad Operations Coordinator or Digital Media Planner.
  • Awareness of digital media channels and formats such as Connected TV, Video, Display etc
  • Highly relevant transferable skills will also be considered.
