Approximate Start Date: Late April and Early May

6 Month Training Program – Your first six months will be about learning and developing your skills in a team environment in the following areas:

  • Email Lead Generation
    • Launching and managing high volume campaigns for prospecting
    • Learning how to write customized messages to specific target groups which are designed to be effective at both qualifying and soliciting response with specific next steps
  • Appt Setting and Qualifying:
    • Responding to inquiries and having email conversations where you qualify the potential value of an opportunity
    • Appointment setting with qualified opportunities
    • Attending meetings, adjusting presentation materials, and assisting in presentations with a goal towards being able to conduct prospect presentations at the end of the program
  • Requests for Proposals
    • Review Digital Marketing Request for Proposals from both pharmaceutical companies and hospital networks and assist in preparing excel and power point responses outlining recommendations
    • Digital advertising areas that will be learned include Connected TV, Video, Display, Native, Email, Newsletters, and Content Syndication
  • Account Management & Customer Success
    • Responding to current customers and new customers
    • Reviewing insertion orders, invoicing, kickoff calls, actualizations, client communication
    • Post Campaign Wrap Up decks and renewals
    • Sales Operations: learn and help assist with Forecasting and WIP Inventory
